Worshipers here is talking about believers. We as believers, we are already in Christ! We are perfect in God's eye because our heavenly Father sees us in Jesus. Just come boldly knowing that we are forgiven and worship Him in the Spirit and in Truth.
In Spirit because God is Spirit and in Truth because the truth is, God had settled the issue of our sins at the Cross two thousand years ago. So as His believers, act according to the truth and worship Him in the Spirit!

i realized that we can only worship in spirit & in truth when we're under His grace, knowing that He sees us blameless & we can come BOLDLY to Him. thank God for songwriters who truly know God's heart for His children.
